The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Spl. Case No. 918 of 2017 arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 registered under Sections 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
