BAJANTHRI) 08-12-2022 On 23.11.2022 the following order was passed:- "Perusal of the records it is evident that for renovation and other repair work of the School, the State Government is stated to have sanctioned a sum of Rs. 2,01,34,000/-, vide communication dated 27.01.2022. We are in the month of November, 2022 and further development is not forthcoming in the file. Therefore, Principal Secretary Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department is hereby directed to file his personal affidavit as to what steps have been taken by the department from 27.01.2022 till date, like entrustment of

Thereafter, affidavit has been filed. Personal affidavit on behalf of the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna, namely Dipak Kumar Singh has filed detailed affidavit relating to execution of renovation of school building.

The petitioner counsel on instructions submitted that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of these development the present petition do not survive for consideration.
