The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.178 of 2022 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 342, 323, 324, 307, 506, 448 of the IPC. As per the FIR, the allegation against most of the accused persons is of hitting on the head of the informant's family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it is a matter of case and counter case in which both sides have sustained injuries, however till date what kind of injuries the informant's side suffered has not come in course of investigation.

No.55115 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 Be that as it may, there is specific allegation against the petitioners herein that does not warrant their grant of anticipatory bail, which is accordingly rejected. If the petitioners surrender before the concerned court within four weeks from today and file bail petition along with supporting documents the same shall be considered and dispose it of at an earliest without being prejudiced by any observation made herein.
