The petitioner seeks bail in Mansi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the alleged motorcycle is not stolen one. No FIR has been lodged for theft of the said motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
