The Petitioners seek bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 323, 341, 379, 384, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though the petitioners are named in the FIR but nothing incriminating or stolen property has been recovered from their possession. The petitioners are in custody since, 05.02.2017 and have got no criminal antecedent. One of the co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 12.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16548 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26157 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
