2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other FIR named co-accused came and assaulted the informant and his family members by farsa and rod causing injury on his head and fracture in right hand and other family members also sustained injury.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation of assault is not specific, rather is general and omnibus in nature. Some other co-accused persons, having identical and similar allegation, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 41156 of 2023. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Gopalganj in connection with Mahammadpur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
