After noticing the fact that the confiscation proceeding has already been disposed of, Sri Uma Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, so that, against the order in confiscation case petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.
