Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-9, 39, 40, 42, 44, 49A, 51 & 55 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

Petitioner is said to have been caught on 12-12-2015 with 20 gms. Musk deer Kasturi, for which, he has been prosecuted for the above-stated offences of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case and also, taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10912 of 2016 (4) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. C.C. 140 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
