Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65195 of 2021.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021 but till date charge has not been framed in this case. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Bela PS case No. 136/ 2021.
