2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 229 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, on the basis of a viral photo in the social media, the informant along with other police party reached the house of the petitioner and started interrogating him about the viral photo. Further, on the information given by the petitioner, the house of co-accused Sadan Paswan was raided wherefrom the alleged rife was recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58111 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. No arm was recovered from his possession and he is under custody since 31.05.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 229 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
