Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased and general allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner and other accused.

Moreover, co-accused Bimla Devi and two others have already been granted privilege of bail.

The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased, though doctor opined that it was suspected case of poisoning. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
