The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 105/2017 dated 25.08.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The house of one Sahdeo Sah was raided and one stolen motorcycle was recovered. Aforesaid Sahdeo Sah disclosed that Akhilesh Kumar @ Budha had kept the stolen motorcycle in his house. Akhilesh Kumar @ Budha, on his arrest, took the name of the petitioner and one Manjesh Yadav.

Thus, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that, but for the confession of the accused persons, there is no other material against the petitioner. The petitioner has no

This Court has also been informed that Manjesh Yadav, who too was named along with the petitioner, by Akhilesh Kumar @ Budha, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8/2018.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S.
