Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act. One unknown dead body was recovered and in course of investigation, wife of the deceased identified dead body and made statement that one Aakash Singh and three others took her husband and subsequently, dead body of her husband was recovered. The name of the petitioner came in this case in course of investigation and it is alleged that he was also participated in committing the alleged crime along with the above stated Aakash Singh and others.

Moreover, except suspicion as well as so-called confessional statement of the petitioner coupled with his criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Investigation against the

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case no. 340/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
