2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 82.44 liters of Foreign liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2025 and claims clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court - II, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 366 of 2024.
