Patna High Court CWJC No.12499 of 2014 dt.10-09-2015 2 / 2 failure on the part of the public authority i.e. the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, to take a decision on the communication dated 5.7.2012 bearing letter No.1703, issued under the signature of the District Education Officer, Banka. Since 2012, matter is pending before the Director for approval of the names of these petitioners who have been duly appointed by a Minority Institution and the stand is that they fulfil the requirements.
Instead of adjourning the matter any further, the Court would direct the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, to take a decision on the issue contained in Anneuxre-14, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
