JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant claims that he had given some cash to co-accused Md. Sattar on the assurance that the aforesaid Sattar would return the double amount and again, when the informant along with his wife, went to take his money back, Md. Sattar and the petitioner are said to have snatched Rs. 70,000/- from the informant's wife. The co-accused Md. Sattar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 10-03-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3578 of 2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is
