The petitioner seeks bail in C.B. case No. 70/2016 under Section 30(A), 47(A) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 22.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12431 of 2017 but the petitioner again filed this petition for grant of bail only after three months.

Considering the fact that 10,000 liters of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the godown of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.
