The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.1013 of 2017 registered under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35470 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
