The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 366(A), 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the POCSO Act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim girl (daughter of the informant), in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied entire entire prosecution case and submitted that out of her own will, she went alone to Tamilnadu. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
