The present application alleges violation of the interim
Patna High Court MJC No.2595 of 2014 dt.07-09-2016 2/2 order dated 09.01.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 661 of 2014. Learned counsel for the University submits that the writ petition has been disposed off by order dated 21.10.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even the said order has directed for payment of salary in similar terms to the interim order passed by this Court.
Be that as it may, the writ petition having been disposed off, any non-compliance has to be brought to the notice of the Bench which has passed the final order dated 21.10.2014. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
