JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Seen the report submitted by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya wherefrom it is evident that the case is fixed for argument. On account thereof, the learned Lower Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same by 6th of October, 2016 and will furnish a report to that effect. With regard to the prayer of the bail, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail.
