2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 274, 317(4), 318(4), 61(2)(b), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, on the basis of secret information, six drums each containing 200 litre (total 1200 litre) mixed petrol like liquid substance and other apparatus were recovered from a hut situated beside the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered either from the conscious possession or the house of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the hut situated beside the house of the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2025 and has no criminal antecedent. The co-accused person has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53301 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, claim based on parity as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
