Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that it was the petitioner who gave fatal blow to the deceased, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case no. 177/2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 416 of 2015/ 417 of 2015 pending in the court of Addl.
