The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P.Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is in custody since 25.04.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24930 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 petitioner. The petitioner was separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Fast Track Court-1, Patna, in connection with S.Tr. No. 03 of 2017, arising out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015.
