The Petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 427, 379, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is not named in the FIR. His name has only come in the confessional statement of co-accused Upendra Kumar. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 20.03.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24978 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015.
