Case No. 21 of 2011 registered for the offences under Section 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

02. Learned counsel for the petitioner on specific query from the Court about the present stage of trial before the learned trial court submits that the case has been running at the stage of prosecution evidence. This query was necessitated

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1871 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 considering Annexure-P3 which is an order of a Coordinate Bench dated 29.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51845 of 2015. Since the matter has proceeded and prosecution evidence has started in the case arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2011, the petitioner has approached this Court after much delay. Whatever might be the grievance of the petitioner against registration of FIR against him, the petitioner could have agitated the same on coming to know about registration of FIR and not after delay of 14 years of institution of FIR. Clearly, the present writ could not be entertained on the ground of delay and latches and hence, the same is dismissed as such. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) Anuradha/- U T
