====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners and other accused persons forcibly took possession of the land of the informant and on protest, they demanded extortion money. It is also alleged that all the accused persons snatched belongings of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific accusation of demand of ransom is against co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56208 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 Bablu Muni and Lalo Rajak who have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64188 of 2018 (Annexure '2'). Police after investigation submitted final form against these petitioners, however, differing with the same court below took cognizance. Petitioners are ladies and claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sarsi P. S. Case No. 15 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
