This is a case registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious and physical possession. His name has come into the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Monu Khan @ Rizwan Khan, who has already been allowed bail vide order dated 08.05.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22062 of 2017.
