The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1483 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that it appears from para 11 of the case diary that Dr. Dular Chand has noted on his letter pad that deceased gave birth a child in normal course. From perusal of postmortem report it appears that the cause of death is Hamortages and shock caused by Delivery. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51198 of 2019(5) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 further submits that there is no allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.06.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 1483 of 2018.
