2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section-25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, a loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for recovery of a loaded pistol, the petitioner has remained under custody for near about eight months. In other cases, the petitioner has been granted bail.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53752 of 2025(4) dt.13-01-2026 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class/concerned court, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2025 with the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case.
