JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed for directing the respondents to issue appointment letter in her favour for the post of Gram Kachahri Sachiv. It appears that much water has flown from the date the petitioner had sought appointment i.e. 12.11.2007 and today when the present writ petition has been taken up for hearing in the year 2018 but during the interregnum period no action whatsoever has been taken by the respondents in pursuance to the complaint made by the petitioner herein and they have remained fully complacent in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no. 3 i.e. District

Patna High Court CWJC No.19531 of 2010 (3) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 Magistrate, Aurangabad is directed to look into the matter regarding the grievances of the petitioner and take a final decision by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks, which shall start from the date when the petitioner submits a certified copy of the present order in the office of the District Magistrate, Aurangabad.
