The application was considered on 01.12.2010 when nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was again taken up on 07.07.2011 when on the request of the counsel for the petitioner the case was adjourned enabling him to file interlocutory application for adding the complainant before the District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority as party respondent to the present writ petition. Counsel for the State also submits that copy of any such interlocutory application has not been served on him.

Be that as it may, since nobody appears on behalf
