Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 25 (I-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 16.4.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and one live cartridge was recovered from his conscious possession. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case
