The Petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No.452 of 2016 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.605 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 307, 504, 354-a, 354-b, 364-d/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per written report, two persons riding on a motorcycle tried to misbehave with the daughter of the informant when she was returning home after taking tuition. She out of fear tried to proceed hurriedly towards the house, but the accused persons tried to catch her and when she reached near the house and raised alarm after seeing her uncle, the accused persons fled away.

It is mentioned in the written report itself that nearby

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26976 of 2017 (3) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 people told the name of the accused persons as this petitioner and one Subhan.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody in this case since 30.07.2016. From the written report itself, it is apparent that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner as his name has been disclosed by nearby people on suspicion. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.452 of 2016 giving rise to Sessions Trial No.605 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
