2. This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386, 34 of the Indian Penal and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is that he along with accused persons being naxalite have demanded extortion money and on non-payment of the extortion money, they threatened the contractor and also burnt the J.C.B machine and tractor of the contractor.

4. Petitioner is the named accused in the aforesaid F.I.R and he has criminal antecedents of similar nature and he is an absconder.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
