JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. A supplementary show cause has been filed by the opposite parties, paragraph 5 of which, which is relevant is quoted hereinbelow:

"That, it is relevant to mention here that on 27.1.2016, vide diary No. PR316001043, the family pension and other legal dues has been paid to the petitioner, thus, the order dated 23/9/13 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14064/10 is fully complied herewith."

Patna High Court MJC No.2719 of 2015 dt.30-03-2016 2/2 In view of the statement made in paragraph 5 of the supplementary show cause, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. However, in case the petitioner has still any grievance, it would be open for him to make representations, which would be duly addressed expeditiously.
