Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and according to prosecution case itself, the FIR named accused committed murder of the deceased. The petitioner happens to be a lady teacher and in course of investigation, one co-accused disclosed that she was a conspirator of the present crime. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11324 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 517 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra.
