Case No.222 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order, it is evident that there is specific accusation against the petitioners and, as such, there is no reason to grant anticipatory bail.
