This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.479 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner and the another co-accused person is of assaulting the informant by fists and slaps and later on this petitioner has fired causing injury on his chest.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was no intention to kill him and there was dispute between the parties as such a minor scuffle took place between them. It is also submitted that there is no allegation of firing and

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above as well as the injuries which are grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
