2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 ( 2 ), 61 ( 2 ) and 3
(5) of BNS and 25 (1-b)/a/, 27 of Arms Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Ashok Singh, alleged that on 22.12.2024, brother of informant was having discussion regarding previous dispute with coaccused Chandan Singh, Dimpal Mahto and Rajan Singh, then other co-accused persons including this petitioner armed with weapons came and indiscriminately fired upon brother of informant, as a result of which he died. Petitioner appears to be

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, seriousness and nature of accusation , gravity of offence and other circumstances of the case , the prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2024 . learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, within the period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
