JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 The petitioner submits that he has been suspended vide order contained in Memo no. 206 dated 13.2.2014 (Annexure 1) in contemplation of departmental proceeding. However, the same has not yet been concluded.
The writ petition is disposed of expecting that the authorities would conclude the pending departmental proceeding within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the suspension would stand revoked.
