Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Neither the petitioner has been caught on the spot nor any incriminating article has been recovered and it appears that except statement of those accused persons who were caught on spot as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
