The Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 515 of 2017 arising out of G.R.P. Mokama P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(a) (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner is in custody since, 04.03.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
