The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017 registered under Sections 144, 188, 283, 290, 447, 323, 353, 153-AB, 295-A, 307, 427, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the reasons assigned in the order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4415 of 2018 and the order dated 22.06.2018 passed in 31728 of 2018 whereby the named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35934 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 accused Shams Rabbani, Laddan, Bechan, Bittu, Taaj, Jamshed, Bahra alias Bera, Ekhlaque and Wasique respectively have been granted pre-arrest bail by different Benches of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 307of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
