Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report and the informant claimed to have seen the petitioner taking away his motorcycle but admittedly, the petitioner is co-villager of informant and he does not have any criminal antecedent. The investigation of this case has already been completed. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
