2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other coaccused persons named in the F.I.R. took the son of informant with them and on the next date, the dead-body of informant's son was recovered near Sindhiya river. During course of investigation, on the disclosure of this petitioner, the police recovered mobile phone and one pair of sleeper of deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2024.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
