JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Rahul Kumar was caught with incriminating articles and the aforesaid Rahul Kumar and co-accused, Pankaj Kumar have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. So far as the petitioner is concerned; his name surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, Rahul Kumar but the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 25-01-2016. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11339 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 202 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Shri Manish Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur.
