Learned Counsel for the State is also present.
2. The petitioner happens to be husband of the O.P. No. 2 apprehending his arrest in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 313 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Considering the matrimonial dispute, this Court vide order dated 16.10.2023 referred the matter to Mediation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62079 of 2023(4) dt.21-06-2024 2/3 Centre for amicable settlement between the parties.
4. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the learned Mediator has submitted its report stating therein that both the parties have agreed to settle the dispute with their consent and sweet will on the basis of the terms and conditions mentioned on the agreement. The petitioner had shown his willingness to keep the O.P. No. 2 with full dignity and honour. The matter was directed to be listed after six months. Accordingly, the matter is placed today.
5. The learned Counsel for the respective parties appeared and submitted across the bar that both the parties have been peacefully and amicably living their life and they do not want to pursue the matter any further.
6. Taking note of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2)
