2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on account of negligence of this petitioner, old electric wire fell down on the ground and father of informant died due to electric shock.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that petitioner was working as Line Man and no order relating to change of old wire was given to this petitioner by the higher authorities and there was no lapse on part of this petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54123 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23168 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar PS case No. 181/ 2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
