Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 353 of the Indian Penal, Section-17 of CLA Act Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Birendra Kharwar @ Mukhiya has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Adhaura P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 398 of 2015/319 of 2015
